Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive evaluations of students with speech and language challenges
- Develop and implement individualized therapy plans
- Deliver targeted therapy sessions focused on speech and language goals
- Accurately track, monitor, and document student progress
- Collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary staff to ensure cohesive, quality care
- Provide ongoing education and support to families throughout the intervention process
Desired Qualifications:
- Master's degree (or higher) in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution
- State licensure (or eligibility) approved by California’s Speech Language Pathology Board
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred
- Experience working with pediatric and/or school-based caseloads highly valued
- Superior communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills
- Ability to work autonomously as well as within a collaborative environment
