Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive evaluations of students with speech and language challenges
  • Develop and implement individualized therapy plans
  • Deliver targeted therapy sessions focused on speech and language goals
  • Accurately track, monitor, and document student progress
  • Collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary staff to ensure cohesive, quality care
  • Provide ongoing education and support to families throughout the intervention process

Desired Qualifications:

  • Master's degree (or higher) in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution
  • State licensure (or eligibility) approved by California’s Speech Language Pathology Board
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred
  • Experience working with pediatric and/or school-based caseloads highly valued
  • Superior communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills
  • Ability to work autonomously as well as within a collaborative environment
