This full-time position spans the 2026/2027 school year, comprising 375 hours, with the chance to make a real difference for a manageable caseload of 55 students (up to a maximum of 61 children). This is a fantastic environment for both experienced SLPs and those completing their Clinical Fellowship Year, offering diverse and meaningful experiences.

Qualifications & Desired Experience:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Active or pending California SLP licensure
• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or CFY status accepted
• Experience supporting elementary and/or middle school students preferred
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams and families
• Dedication to fostering student growth and achieving positive outcomes

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments and develop personalized intervention plans for students across K-8 grades
• Deliver engaging one-on-one and group therapy sessions tailored to each student’s needs
• Maintain accurate records, document progress, and participate in IEP meetings
• Consult with teachers, administrators, and families to support student communication goals within the classroom
• Stay up-to-date with best practices and contribute to a positive, inclusive school environment
