This full-time position spans the 2026/2027 school year, comprising 375 hours, with the chance to make a real difference for a manageable caseload of 55 students (up to a maximum of 61 children). This is a fantastic environment for both experienced SLPs and those completing their Clinical Fellowship Year, offering diverse and meaningful experiences.
Qualifications & Desired Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Active or pending California SLP licensure
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or CFY status accepted
- Experience supporting elementary and/or middle school students preferred
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams and families
- Dedication to fostering student growth and achieving positive outcomes
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments and develop personalized intervention plans for students across K-8 grades
- Deliver engaging one-on-one and group therapy sessions tailored to each student’s needs
- Maintain accurate records, document progress, and participate in IEP meetings
- Consult with teachers, administrators, and families to support student communication goals within the classroom
- Stay up-to-date with best practices and contribute to a positive, inclusive school environment
