Responsibilities include:
- Conduct comprehensive evaluations for students with speech and language disorders
- Develop and implement individualized therapy plans tailored to student needs
- Provide dynamic therapy sessions focused on achieving specific speech and language goals
- Carefully monitor, document, and report on student progress
- Communicate and coordinate care with teachers, specialists, and other members of the educational team
- Involve and educate families to foster a collaborative approach to therapy
Desired qualifications and experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution
- Active or eligible state license in Speech-Language Pathology
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) strongly preferred
- Experience with pediatric and/or school-aged populations is a plus
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to work independently and within a collaborative team setting
