Key Responsibilities
- Provide occupational therapy services to students in accordance with IEP goals
- Conduct assessments and evaluations to determine student needs
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, and families to support student progress
- Maintain accurate documentation and comply with state and federal regulations
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary team discussions
- Adapt classroom environments and materials to improve student accessibility
- Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy
- Active Washington State OT license (or ability to obtain prior to start date)
- Previous school-based or pediatric experience preferred
- Washington ESA (active or willing to obtain)
- Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills
- Full-time schedule aligned with the school calendar
