Key Qualifications:

• Current and valid ARRT certification as a Radiologic Technologist
• State of Rhode Island Radiology Tech licensure (or eligibility to obtain)
• Minimum of one year recent experience in a hospital or clinical imaging department
• Strong knowledge of radiographic procedures, patient positioning, and radiation safety standards
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a patient-centered approach
• Ability to adapt quickly to new systems and equipment

Primary Responsibilities:

• Perform diagnostic imaging procedures with accuracy, following physician instructions and established protocols
• Ensure patient comfort and safety before, during, and after exams
• Calibrate, operate, and maintain imaging equipment
• Document procedures and maintain accurate records in accordance with department policies
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to deliver exceptional patient care
