Registered Nurse Oncology | Madison, Mississippi

An opportunity is available for a Registered Nurse with Oncology expertise to provide high-quality care in a Level 1 trauma centers Hematology/Oncology unit. This contract position offers the chance to work in a fast-paced, highly respected hospital environment known for exceptional patient care.

Key Qualifications

• Current RN license with solid clinical experience, including at least 1 year in your initial RN role
• Minimum of 1 years experience at a Level 1 trauma center or a very large hospital setting
• Proficiency with EPIC charting system is mandatory
• Chemotherapy certification is not required but experience in hematology/oncology nursing is beneficial
• Previous travel nursing experience with contract extensions preferred

Responsibilities

• Deliver comprehensive nursing care to patients with hematologic and oncologic conditions

• Utilize EPIC system for accurate documentation and communication
• Educate patients and families regarding disease processes and treatment plans
