Qualifications
- Current certification as a Radiation Therapist (ARRT)
- Valid state licensure (CA) required or willingness to obtain
- Prior experience with radiation oncology equipment and procedures
- Strong interpersonal communication skills and compassion for patients
- Ability to quickly adapt to new workplace settings and protocols
- Administer precise radiation therapy to patients as prescribed
- Operate linear accelerators and related oncology equipment safely and effectively
- Collaborate closely with radiation oncologists, nurses, and support staff
- Educate and support patients throughout their treatment experience
