Qualifications & Desired Experience:
- Current RN licensure with a minimum of 2 years experience in a hospital setting of similar size and acuity
- Successful completion of at least one prior travel nursing contract
- Certifications: BLS and ACLS required
- Solid Progressive Care Unit (PCU) skill set, including telemetry monitoring
- Experience titrating set-rate drips (no phlebotomy)
- Ability to work with nasal cannulas, face masks, and BiPAP equipment
- Strong clinical judgment and effective communication skills

- Manage monitoring equipment (Space Lab tele monitors) and pull own labs independently
- Participate in unit-specific orientation including two shifts paired with a preceptor and computer skills assessment
