- New hire orientation sessions offered bi-weekly throughout the year
- Call requirements included
- May be asked to float within the same discipline across local campuses
- Active RN license
- Previous recent Stepdown experience required
- Proficiency in EPIC EMR preferred
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Flexibility to float within discipline as needed
- Deliver high-quality care within a collaborative interdisciplinary team
- Contribute clinical knowledge and skills in patient care management
- Adapt to structured NBO (16 hours) and provide coverage per call rotation
- Support patient safety and positive outcomes through evidence-based practice
