Schedule/Hours
- Orientation dates throughout the year for smooth transition
- NBO: 16 hours
- Current RN license with experience in stepdown or progressive care
- Ability to adapt to multiple units within the same discipline
- Strong clinical assessment and teamwork skills
- Proficiency utilizing EMR systems (EPIC experience a plus)
- Effective communication and professional demeanor
- Deliver and coordinate high-quality patient care in a stepdown setting
- Collaborate with physicians and healthcare team members
- Float between campuses as needed within your discipline
- Accurately document using EPIC EMR
- Participate in charge and precepting roles as assigned
- Follow facility policies for call shifts, overtime, and charge/preceptor pay
