Schedule/Hours
- Travel assignment, flexible shift options
- Current, unencumbered RN license
- Minimum of one year of recent experience in Stepdown or Progressive Care Unit (PCU) nursing
- BLS and ACLS certification required
- Strong critical thinking, assessment, and communication skills
- Ability to adapt quickly in fast-paced environments
- Previous travel nursing experience preferred, but not required
- Deliver evidence-based nursing care to Stepdown/PCU patients
- Monitor, assess, and intervene with patients demonstrating complex medical needs
- Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary teams for care coordination
