| Position Summary | The School of Nursing at the University of North Carolina Greensboro (UNCG) is seeking a dual certified Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) and Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) or Adult-Gerontology Primary Care Nurse Practitioner (AGPCNP). Dual certification is strongly preferred; however, we will also consider candidates who hold either a PMHNP or an FNP/AGPCNP certification. The position is for a Clinical Assistant/Associate Professor, or Clinical Professor. We are looking for creative, innovative, and highly motivated candidates who want to support the teaching, scholarship, and service mission of the UNCG School of Nursing and advance their academic careers. Ideal candidates will have current specialty certification, teaching, and current clinical experience, and a background in evidence-based practice. Candidates must hold a master's degree in nursing. An unencumbered RN license in North Carolina and a current certification as a NP is required prior to the employment date. Salary and rank will be commensurate with experience and credentials.
