Desired Experience & Qualifications:
- Active RN license (PA or compact state)
- Minimum 2 years of current CVOR nursing experience, including pediatric cases highly preferred
- BLS and ACLS certifications required
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate in a multidisciplinary OR team
- Strong organizational, critical thinking, and communication skills
Responsibilities:
- Circulate and/or scrub in pediatric cardiovascular operating room procedures
- Ensure optimal patient care throughout pre-op, intra-op, and post-op phases
- Maintain strict adherence to sterile technique and safety protocols
- Communicate effectively with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and pediatric care teams
- Document patient information accurately and promptly
