Schedule/Hours
- Two 10-hour shifts per week
- Up to 7 days on-call in a four-week schedule, including one full weekend
- 13-week assignment
- Current NY RN license
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program (Associate's degree minimum)
- At least 1 year of recent CVOR RN experience
- Certifications: ACLS, BLS
- Proficiency with EPIC and Omnicell
- Comfort caring for adult patients with cardiac diagnoses such as CAD, AS, and MR
- Adaptability to support different units if census changes
- Deliver high-quality perioperative care to adult patients in a 2-bed CVOR
- Maintain 1:1 patient-to-RN ratios
- Collaborate effectively within interdisciplinary teams
- Respond to floating assignments as needed
