Travel CT Technologist - Austell, Georgia

Degree in Radiologic Technology, Certification in Radiologic Technology (ARRT Certification), and minimum 1 years CT Tech experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

• Night shifts: Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technology program
• ARRT Radiography (ARRT-R) and ARRT Computed Tomography (ARRT-CT) certifications
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
• Minimum 1 year experience in Radiology required; CT experience preferred
• Strong communication, multitasking, and prioritization skills
• Competence with CT protocols, radiation safety, and patient care principles
  
  

Key Responsibilities

• Perform a broad range of technical CT imaging procedures with independent judgment
• Accurately acquire and assess patient histories and clinical data
• Ensure appropriate contrast administration, patient safety, and comfort
• Review and release imaging studies, support emergency responses if needed
• Maintain equipment cleanliness, conduct routine quality checks
• Document and communicate procedures clearly
• Assist with departmental orientation, maintain compliance with standards and policies
