Schedule
- Day shifts
- Four 10-hour shifts per week
- Includes one weekday night every fourth weekend (Friday/Saturday/Sunday)
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED plus completion of an accredited radiologic technology program
- 3 years' experience in interventional special procedures (IR, cardiac, or vascular hybrid settings)
- ARRT (CV, VI, or R), or RCIS credentials required
- BLS certification (ARC or instructor credential accepted)
- ACLS certification preferred
- Demonstrated ability to independently perform advanced interventional and vascular procedures
- Strong knowledge of anatomy, pathology, and radiation safety
- Effective verbal/written English communication, team-oriented attitude
- Prepare, position, and monitor patients for IR, vascular hybrid, and neuro-interventional procedures
- Collaborate with radiologists, vascular surgeons, and cardiologists
- Adhere to sterile technique and maintain equipment/supplies per department protocols
- Deliver clear patient education and post-procedural instructions
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and Joint Commission standards
- Participate in in-service training for colleagues and contribute to ongoing quality improvement
- Complete departmental records, maintain inventory, and assist with patient transport
