Schedule/Hours
- Flexible 8, 10, or 12-hour shifts between 0630-1900
- 40 hours per week
- Must be willing to work/take call on holidays
- Weekend rotation and on-call (about 1 weekend/month)
- Minimum 2 years of CVOR experience in a Level 1 trauma center
- Recent, robust scrub experience on cardiac surgeries required
- Prior circulating experience essential
- Valid CST license and BLS certification
- Commitment to a nicotine-free workplace
- Function as the primary scrub and circulating tech on a variety of complex cardiac cases
- Demonstrate skillful technique, uphold patient safety, and support a dynamic surgical team
- Float as needed between specialized OR settings, emphasizing adaptability and teamwork
