Key Responsibilities
- Ensure regulatory compliance with state and federal pharmacy laws
- Support operational workflows during the sterile compounding launch
- Review and maintain policies, procedures, and quality standards
- Collaborate with the Director of Pharmacy Operations to optimize pharmacy processes
- Provide pharmacist coverage during operational hours as needed
- Active Florida Pharmacist License (required)
- Experience in compounding pharmacy, preferably both sterile and non-sterile
- Background in pharmacy start-ups is strongly preferred but not mandatory
- Retail pharmacy experience considered a plus
- Willingness to train on compounding techniques if necessary
