Scheduled Hours
- Onsite work from 8:00 AM to 3:30 PM, Monday through Friday during the school year
- Extended School Year (ESY) hours from 8:00 AM to 2:30 PM, Monday through Friday in June
- School year concludes on May 29th
- ESY programming runs from June 1 to June 29
- The following school year begins August 13th
- Serving students from kindergarten through 6th grade
- Currently managing five classrooms, each with a maximum of six students
- Present enrollment is 22 students with potential for two additional students before year end
- Deliver speech and language therapy services tailored to K-6 student needs
- Collaborate with educators and staff to implement effective communication strategies
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of student progress
- Assist with assessments and treatment plans under the supervision of licensed SLPs (for SLPA roles)
- Participate in ESY programming to continue student support during summer sessions
- Valid SLPA certification, or SLP credentials including CFY or CCC
- Experience working with pediatric populations in educational settings preferred
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively with school teams
