Key Responsibilities
- Conduct evaluations and provide speech-language therapy for patients in a hospital setting
- Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient needs
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to support patient care goals
- Document therapy sessions and progress in compliance with regulatory standards
- Educate patients and families regarding therapy techniques and goals
- Valid Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) required
- Strong experience in hospital-based speech therapy preferred
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a care team
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Candidates with proven teletherapy experience and excellent clinical skills are considered for remote work
- Full-Time Equivalent (1.0 FTE)
- Substitute position starting immediately through March, with potential for contract extension
