Speech & Language Pathology - Arroyo Grande, California

This opportunity is for a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) providing therapy services within a hospital setting. The position is full-time, beginning as soon as possible through March, with potential for extension beyond this period. While the role is primarily in person, exceptional candidates with strong experience and valid certifications may be considered for virtual engagement.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver comprehensive speech-language pathology therapy to patients in a hospital environment
• Evaluate, diagnose, and create individualized treatment plans for patients with communication and swallowing disorders
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care
• Maintain accurate documentation and follow regulatory and facility guidelines
  
  

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology and current Clinical Certification in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) required
• Experience providing therapy services in hospital or similar clinical settings
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with patients and healthcare teams
• Ability to work full-time with flexibility to adapt to patient needs
