Key Responsibilities
- Deliver comprehensive speech-language pathology therapy to patients in a hospital environment
- Evaluate, diagnose, and create individualized treatment plans for patients with communication and swallowing disorders
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care
- Maintain accurate documentation and follow regulatory and facility guidelines
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology and current Clinical Certification in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) required
- Experience providing therapy services in hospital or similar clinical settings
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with patients and healthcare teams
- Ability to work full-time with flexibility to adapt to patient needs
