Key Responsibilities
- Assess, plan, and implement individualized speech-language therapy sessions for students primarily between ages 3 and 8
- Collaborate with educators, families, and other professionals to support students communication development
- Maintain clear and up-to-date documentation of therapy goals, progress, and outcomes
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to intervention planning and evaluation
- Certification in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC or eligibility for CCC)
- Completion of Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) preferred
- Experience working in school settings or with pediatric populations
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to manage a caseload of approximately 25 students effectively
- Location: Paterson, NJ
- Contract length: May 1st through mid to late October 2026, with optional summer work
- Hours: Full-time, 37.5 hours/week (8:30 am - 3:30 pm)
- Age Group: PreK to 8th grade, primarily early childhood
