Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive evaluations of students with speech and language disorders
- Design and implement tailored treatment plans based on individual student needs
- Lead therapy sessions aimed at improving speech, language, and communication skills
- Closely monitor and document progress, maintaining detailed and accurate records
- Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to ensure a cohesive approach to care
- Actively involve and educate families, empowering them to take part in the therapy journey
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Current state licensure or eligibility for licensure is required
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) is preferred
- Experience with pediatric or school-aged populations is highly valued
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
- Ability to independently manage responsibilities while thriving in a collaborative environment
- Active license from the State Board of Speech Language Pathology or eligibility to obtain
- Commitment to ongoing professional growth and excellence in service
