Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive evaluations for students with speech and language challenges
- Design and implement individualized therapy plans tailored to each student’s needs
- Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions supporting speech, language, and communication goals
- Maintain precise, ongoing documentation of student progress and adjust plans as needed
- Partner closely with teachers, clinicians, and families to ensure the best outcomes for each child
- Offer education and support to families, encouraging participation in the therapy process
- Master’s degree or higher in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Valid state licensure or eligibility for licensure
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred
- School-based or pediatric experience, especially in educational settings, is a plus
- Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities
- Ability to work both autonomously and as part of a team
