Location: Hixson, TN (Chattanooga Area)

Contract Type: Full-time (37.5 hours/week)

Schedule: Typical hours are 7:15 AM to 4:15 PM with potential for flexible scheduling

Assignment Duration: ASAP through May 21, 2026

Caseload: 1-3 schools depending on assignment and caseload

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver speech therapy services to elementary-aged students
• Conduct speech and language evaluations, including assessments and documentation
• Participate in Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
• Maintain compliance with state and federal regulations related to student services
  
  

Qualifications

• Active Tennessee Speech-Language Pathologist License required
• Current Certificate of Clinical Competence (SLP-CCC) from ASHA
• Valid Tennessee Department of Education Certification for SLP
• Must complete fingerprinting per district requirements
• Prior experience with elementary age groups preferred
