Soliant is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Special Education Teacher for a contract position in Fort Collins, Colorado. In this role, you will support students with diverse learning needs by delivering individualized instruction and fostering an inclusive classroom environment. Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and manage Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) in compliance with Colorado Department of Education (CDE) guidelines and federal IDEA regulations.
- Deliver differentiated and evidence-based instruction to meet the diverse academic, behavioral, and social-emotional needs of students with disabilities.
- Monitor and document student progress, using assessment data to adjust instruction and ensure progress toward IEP goals.
- Collaborate with families, general education teachers, and multidisciplinary teams to support inclusive practices and ensure appropriate services and accommodations are provided.
Experience:
- Previous experience in schools preferred.
Education:
- Colorado Special Education License
