Position Details
- Location: Redlands, CA (in-person Mondays, virtual throughout the week)
- Schedule: Part-time, 20 hours per week
- Student caseload: 22 students
- Job duration: Current School Year (CSY)
- Role: SAI/Case Manager, Special Education Teacher
- Develop and implement tailored lesson plans for students with special needs
- Complete and maintain accurate SEIS (Special Education Information System) documentation
- Lead and participate in Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings
- Provide direct instruction and support to students both in-person and virtually
- Monitor student progress and adjust instructional strategies accordingly
- Collaborate with general education teachers, parents, and support staff to meet student needs
- Valid Special Education teaching credential (K-12)
- Experience working with diverse learners in a K-12 setting
- Knowledge of SEIS data entry and compliance procedures
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple student cases efficiently
- Comfort with virtual teaching platforms and technology
