- Collaborate with general education teachers and support staff to implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Provide social skills instruction to select students as needed
- Monitor and document student progress, adjusting strategies to meet diverse learning needs
- Maintain an inclusive classroom environment that encourages student growth and engagement
- Valid Texas Special Education License (EC-12)
- Proven experience working with students in Special Education settings
- Ability to manage a classroom of behavior students while fostering academic and social development
- Strong communication and teamwork skills to collaborate with educators and support staff

- Full-time, 40 hours per week
