Sign Language Interpreter (SLI) – Full-Time | 2026–2027 School Year
Soliant Education is hiring a full-time, onsite Sign Language Interpreter to provide 1:1 support for a student in the Gloucester Point, VA area.
Pay: $40–$45/hour
Type: W-2 Contract
Schedule: 37.5 hours per week
Benefits: Medical, Dental, 401(k)
Responsibilities:
- Provide 1:1 sign language interpreting throughout the school day
- Support student access to classroom instruction and communication
- Collaborate with teachers, SLPs, and staff
- Foster an inclusive learning environment
Requirements:
- Minimum 3.5 EIPA score required
- Previous school-based experience preferred
- Strong communication skills
