This full-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) opportunity in Worcester, MA, offers the chance to make a significant impact within an elementary school setting. The position requires a dedicated professional with active SLP licensure in Massachusetts and relevant school-based experience. The role is a contract position with a commitment through June 30, 2026, with immediate start availability.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage an elementary school caseload providing direct speech and language services
• Conduct thorough assessments and develop comprehensive reports
• Deliver individualized services and therapies tailored to student needs
• Participate in IEP writing, goal setting, and related consultations
• Maintain proactive communication with parents and teachers to support student progress
• Collaborate closely with school staff to ensure effective service delivery
  
  

Qualifications And Experience

• Active SLP licensure in Massachusetts is required
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or Clinical Fellowship (CF) status preferred
• Proven school-based speech-language pathology experience
• Ability to work onsite due to caseload demands; remote work is not available
• Candidate must be eligible to complete CORI background check and fingerprinting - standard for Massachusetts school settings
• SLP Assistants (SLPAs) will not be considered for this position

• Full-time (40 hours/week) preferred, though part-time candidates (minimum 20 hours/week) are welcome to apply
