Key Responsibilities Include
- Managing an elementary school caseload with direct speech and language services
- Conducting speech and language assessments and writing comprehensive reports
- Developing and implementing individualized education program (IEP) goals and delivering consultations
- Collaborating effectively with parents, teachers, and school staff to support student progress
- Completing documentation such as IEP writing and goal setting in alignment with district standards
- Active Speech-Language Pathology licensure in Massachusetts
- Certification of Clinical Competence (CCC) or Clinical Fellowship (CF) status required
- School-based experience working with elementary-aged students
- Ability to perform on-site work due to caseload demands (no telepractice or SLPAs accepted)
- Completion of CORI background check and fingerprinting as mandated by state regulations
