Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive evaluations for students with speech and language impairments.
- Design individualized, evidence-based treatment plans that address unique student needs.
- Deliver engaging therapy sessions with consistent attention to measurable progress.
- Maintain detailed documentation and progress notes in accordance with school requirements.
- Collaborate closely with an interdisciplinary team of educators, specialists, and parents to provide holistic, student-centered care.
- Support and educate families, enabling them to participate in the therapeutic process and reinforcing strategies at home.
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution.
- Active or eligible state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist.
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred; open to Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates.
- Previous experience working with pediatric and/or school-aged populations is highly desirable.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
