Desired Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Current Washington state licensure (or eligibility) as a Speech-Language Pathologist
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred, but strong CFYs encouraged to apply
  • Prior experience working in school-based or pediatric settings is a plus
  • Effective communication, collaboration, and documentation skills

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess and diagnose speech, language, and communication disorders for students across various grade levels
  • Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) tailored to student needs
  • Deliver evidence-based therapy services individually and in group settings
  • Partner with teachers, counselors, and family members to support holistic student progress
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with district and state guidelines
  • Participate in IEP meetings, student support teams, and ongoing professional development activities
  • Provide support and supervision for SLPAs or graduate interns as needed
