A full-time Speech-Language Pathologist opportunity is available in New Britain, CT, supporting two elementary schools with diverse inclusion programs. This contract position begins ASAP and continues through June 9, 2026, offering 35 hours per week onsite with work hours from 8:45 AM to 3:45 PM.
Responsibilities include providing comprehensive speech-language services to students across a range of disability categories within inclusive classroom settings. The role is split between two elementary schools, providing support tailored to each schools student population. Specialists will contribute to individualized education plans and collaborate with educators to promote effective communication and learning outcomes.
Qualifications And Experience Required

Qualifications And Experience Required
- Certification of Clinical Competence (CCC) in Speech-Language Pathology preferred; consideration given to Clinical Fellows (CF).
- Active Connecticut license to practice as an SLP.
- School-based speech-language pathology experience is essential.
- Ability to work onsite in an inclusive educational environment.
- Completed district fingerprints and background check.
- Proficiency in conducting evaluations and therapy within mainstream classroomsno specialized classrooms.
- Zoom interview as part of the hiring process.
- Not accepting Speech-Language Pathology Assistants (SLPAs) for this position.
- Position is based in New Britain, Connecticut.
