Responsibilities
- Provide speech-language evaluation and therapy services to elementary and middle school students, maintaining caseloads typically around 50 students, not exceeding 55.
- Manage assignments across one or two schools to effectively support student needs.
- Collaborate with school teams to develop individualized plans and ensure compliance with regulations.
- Supervise Clinical Fellows as appropriate; current Speech-Language Pathology Assistants (SLPAs) can be considered for review.
- Active Virginia SLP licensure is required.
- Candidates with the Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred; Clinical Fellows are welcome as supervision will be provided.
- Experience working with K-12 elementary and middle school age groups is beneficial but not a strict requirement.
