What We’re Seeking
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
- Active and current Virginia SLP license
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP)
- Previous experience in school-based or pediatric settings is preferred
- Commitment to working onsite across multiple locations (candidate ZIP code required)
- Strong interprofessional skills for collaboration with school teams and families
- Ability to support students with a range of communication needs
- Conduct assessments to determine individual student needs
- Develop and implement IEPs and tailored therapy plans in accordance with student goals
- Deliver small group and one-on-one interventions for speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders
- Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families on student progress
- Maintain thorough, compliant documentation and participate in team meetings
