Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive evaluations of students presenting speech and language difficulties
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each students needs
- Facilitate targeted therapy sessions to improve speech and language skills
- Monitor and maintain detailed documentation of student progress and outcomes
- Collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams including educators, counselors, and other specialists
- Engage with families to educate and involve them in the therapeutic process
- Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Current state licensure in Speech-Language Pathology or eligibility for licensure
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred
- Experience working with pediatric or school-aged populations strongly preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for interaction with students, families, and colleagues
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
- Active license approved by the State Board of Speech Language Pathology in Washington State is required
