This contract position supports a leave replacement from ASAP through March 27, 2026, serving a diverse caseload of preschool to elementary-age students. The role offers flexibility, with the option to work either one day per week or four days per week, delivering direct, in-person therapy.

Key Responsibilities
- Deliver individualized speech and language therapy to assigned students
- Collaborate with educators and support staff to support student communication needs
- Maintain accurate records and documentation of therapy sessions
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to student progress discussions
- Must hold a valid Washington State Speech-Language Pathologist license
- Current Educational Staff Associate (ESA) certification required
- Experience working with preschool and elementary-age students strongly preferred
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Caseload options:
- 1 day per week: approximately 9 preschool students
- 4 days per week: approximately 36 preschool through elementary-age students
- Fully in-person position
