School Speech Language Pathologist - Everett, Washington

A rewarding opportunity is available for a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide essential services in a school setting in Washington. This contract position supports a leave replacement from ASAP through March 27, 2026, serving a diverse caseload of preschool to elementary-age students. The role offers flexibility, with the option to work either one day per week or four days per week, delivering direct, in-person therapy.

Location: Everett, WA area

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver individualized speech and language therapy to assigned students
• Collaborate with educators and support staff to support student communication needs
• Maintain accurate records and documentation of therapy sessions
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to student progress discussions
  
  

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid Washington State Speech-Language Pathologist license
• Current Educational Staff Associate (ESA) certification required
• Experience working with preschool and elementary-age students strongly preferred
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills

• Caseload options:
• 1 day per week: approximately 9 preschool students
• 4 days per week: approximately 36 preschool through elementary-age students
