Location: Ludlow, MA
Schedule: Approximately 32.5 hours per week

Key Responsibilities
- Provide individualized speech-language therapy services within the Compass High Program at Ludlow High School
- Supervise and collaborate with a Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA)
- Develop and implement tailored therapy plans addressing communication goals for students with ASD and other learning differences
- Monitor student progress and adjust interventions as needed
- Maintain thorough documentation and comply with state education and therapy regulations
- Valid state licensure and certification as an SLP (Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or state school licensure)
- Experience working with high school students, preferably in specialized or alternative educational settings
- Knowledge and understanding of best practices in supporting students with ASD and learning differences
- Ability to effectively supervise an SLPA and work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary educational team
- Strong communication and organizational skills
