Location:
- Ludlow, MA
- Assignment based at a high school specializing in tailored education programs
- Scheduled for Summer Extended School Year (ESY) from July 6, 2026, to August 7, 2026, with potential for the 2026-2027 school year
Responsibilities:
- Provide speech-language pathology services to high school students in the Compass High Program
- Utilize AAC methods to support communication, with no requirement to perform AAC evaluations
- Collaborate with educators and support staff to implement personalized interventions
- Build communication skills that promote student independence within an alternative learning setting
Qualifications:
- Valid State Speech-Language Pathologist licensure and credentials required
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred
- Experience working with high school students, particularly those with ASD or learning differences
- Knowledge and experience supporting AAC services in educations settings
- Ability to work 15-20 hours per week, spread over 2-3 days
