What You’ll Need To Succeed
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Valid Florida Department of Health SLP License (required)
- CCC-SLP or consideration for Clinical Fellows—supervision provided!
- Experience or interest in working with K-12 populations and diverse caseloads
- Ability and willingness to work at multiple school locations as scheduled
- Completion of fingerprinting/background requirements as per district guidelines
- Provide direct speech and language therapy to K-12 students
- Carry out comprehensive assessments and evaluations
- Develop, implement, and adjust individualized treatment plans
- Consult and collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to support student progress
- Maintain documentation and progress reports in compliance with district, state, and federal requirements
- Travel between assigned campuses as needed based on assignment
- Flexible hours—choose between full-time or part-time schedules to suit your needs
- Build experience serving diverse populations and supporting students’ communication skills
