A contract Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) position is available at multiple school locations in and around Fredericksburg, VA, serving within Prince William County. This role requires an on-site presence and offers a full-time schedule of 35 hours per week, structured as 7-hour workdays. The contract runs from ASAP through June 12th, 2026.

Qualifications

• Valid Virginia Speech-Language Pathology (SLP) License
• Certification of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred
• Experience working in school settings, supporting pediatric populations

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments and develop individualized education programs (IEPs) for students with speech and language disorders
• Provide direct therapy to students to address speech, language, and communication challenges
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support student progress
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation and reports
