School Speech Language Pathologist - Cary, North Carolina

Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1 year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Step into a rewarding contract role supporting students with communication needs for the upcoming academic year! Bring your experience as an SLP-CCC to a vibrant school setting in the Cary, NC, area, working up to 20 hours per week on site. This position runs from July 1, 2026, through June 30, 2027, with interview opportunities the week of June 22, 2026.

Successful Candidates Will Possess

• Active professional licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist (CCC status required; no CFYs at this time)
• An educator certificate aligned with North Carolina requirements
• At least one year of school-based experience delivering direct speech therapy services
• Willingness to obtain an NPI number and register with NC Tracks prior to starting
• Commitment to DCDEE fingerprinting for clearance
  
  

In This Role, You’ll

• Work collaboratively on-site across campuses (number of schools and caseload details to be determined)
• Provide targeted speech and language interventions to students in K-12
• Develop and implement individualized therapy plans aligned with IEP goals
• Monitor student progress, document outcomes, and participate in team meetings with fellow educators and families
• Maintain compliance with all district, state, and federal reporting requirements
