Desired Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders
- Active SLP-CCC or CFY, or eligibility in process
- Experience in school settings with K-12th grade populations is a plus
- Strong assessment, documentation, and case management skills
- Ability to collaborate effectively with teachers, administrators, and families
Core Responsibilities:
- Provide direct therapy services to students with speech, language, and communication needs
- Develop and implement individualized education program (IEP) goals
- Conduct screenings and evaluations to determine student needs
- Consult with teachers and school staff to support classroom strategies
- Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports, adhering to district and professional guidelines
