Desired Qualifications
- Hold a valid Michigan SLP license
- Clinical Fellowship Year candidates (CFs) and SLPs holding CCCs are both invited to apply
- Background in school-based services is a plus
- Experience with middle school populations is preferred, though not required
- Strong collaborative and organizational abilities
- Provide speech and language therapy to students in selected caseload (early intervention, elementary, or middle school)
- Conduct comprehensive assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, and maintain thorough documentation
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school staff to foster student success
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to educational planning
- Deliver both direct and consultative services in accordance with students' IEP goals
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of best practices and legal requirements in school-based speech therapy
