- Proven experience providing speech and language therapy in pediatric or school settings
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills for working closely with diverse students, staff, and families
- Ability to develop and implement individualized education and therapy plans
Primary Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments to identify student needs
- Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans and IEP goals
- Deliver direct therapy services, utilizing evidence-based practices tailored to each student
- Collaborate with educators, support staff, and families to promote student success
- Maintain detailed, timely documentation and progress reports in line with district and state guidelines
- Participate in IEP meetings, team conferences, and ongoing professional development opportunities
