Work two to three days per week—with flexible scheduling options up to three days—and contribute your expertise to help students thrive academically and socially. Qualifications and Preferred Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Valid state SLP licensure (or eligibility to obtain)
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred but open to strong CFY candidates
- Previous experience in a K-8 school or pediatric setting is ideal
- Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills
- Passion for working with diverse learners and contributing to a positive school culture
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct speech-language therapy to students in general education K-8 classrooms
- Conduct speech/language assessments, develop IEPs, and monitor student progress
- Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families to ensure effective service delivery
- Maintain accurate records and documentation per school and regulatory requirements
- Assist in developing language and communication-rich classroom environments
- Adapt therapy techniques to address a variety of communication needs
