In this role, you’ll provide direct professional nursing services to high school students and staff. You will assess needs, deliver first aid, manage emergencies, and support ongoing wellness initiatives—all while adhering to best practices, state and local requirements, and school policies. Collaboration is key; you'll assist the Certified School Nurse and health aide with a variety of health initiatives and maintain detailed health records to ensure full compliance with state mandates. Keeping medication secure and properly documented, monitoring building AEDs, and ensuring emergency preparedness are integral parts of your daily responsibilities.

What We’re Seeking
- Current Registered Nurse license in Illinois (required)
- Prior experience working in a school setting
- Strong assessment, documentation, and communication skills
- Experience in administering medications and emergency first aid
- Ability to collaborate with other nursing staff and take initiative in wellness programs
- Commitment as a mandated reporter for student well-being
- Please provide your active RN license/certifications and a current resume with your application
