Job Responsibilities
The School Psychologist will support a therapeutic high school ESY program and may be responsible for:
- Supporting students in a therapeutic/structured high school environment
- Providing psychoeducational assessment support as needed
- Collaborating with special education and clinical teams
- Participating in team meetings and student support planning
- Assisting with behavioral consultation and intervention planning
- Supporting documentation and compliance for ESY services
- Valid Connecticut School Psychologist certification or eligibility for certification
- Master’s or Doctoral degree in School Psychology
- Experience in secondary and/or therapeutic settings preferred
- Comfortable working in a therapeutic school environment
- Strong collaboration and consultation skills
- Experience supporting behavioral and academic intervention planning
- Flexible and able to work within ESY timelines and structure
