Pay: $33 - $38 /hour
The Farmington Public Schools is seeking a licensed COTA Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant for its Extended School Year (ESY) programs.
The Farmington Public Schools Extended School Year (ESY) programs are designed to provide eligible students with disabilities reinforcement of skills acquired during the regular school year. Eligibility for participation in ESY is determined on an individual basis through the PPT process and is based on various factors, including the specific needs of the student and whether there is a strong possibility a student will lose skills, or have difficulty recouping skills, after an extended period of time without summer instruction.
The Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant implements occupational therapy services to students who require adaptive and functional skills curriculum with our specialized programs . The COTA is responsible for the proper interpretation and performance of essential duties, maintaining continuity of services during the summer.
